Paper Submission Process
The call for Abstract submission is closed. Authors willing to present a paper at the Symposium may contact the organizers via email at email@example.com in order to check if late Abstract submissions can still be considered and accommodated in the Technical Program.
The Online Submission System is now open to receive Full Papers of accepted Abstracts.
Full Papers and Consent to Publish/Permission Verification forms have to be delivered strictly according to Instructions for Authors and Templates, as provided below, using the Online Submission System.
Full Papers are due by January 20th, 2023 (EXTENDED), final acceptance will be notified by February 20th, 2023 (EXTENDED), and final papers are due by March 1st, 2023 (EXTENDED). Full Papers will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings and authors will be required to give an oral presentation at the Symposium.
Publication of accepted papers in the proceedings is guaranteed on condition that the Presenting Author is registered at the Symposium by March 1st, 2023. One registration may cover up to two (2) papers presented at the Symposium.
Instructions for Authors and Templates
Full Papers have to be prepared strictly according to the Instructions for Authors and Templates provided by Taylor & Francis.
Authors are requested to carefully read and implement the above instructions before to prepare and submit their Full Papers and related documents.
Files to be Submitted
The package for submission of Full Papers has to include the following three files:
- Word or LaTeX DOC file of the Full Paper.
- Acrobat PDF file compiled from the Word or LaTeX DOC file using ‘embedded fonts’ and the job-options CPI_AR_PDF1.7 provided by the publisher (see guidelines to create PDF files.pdf). Pdf-files prepared from scanned documents cannot be accepted.
- Compressed ZIP file including the following forms:
- Signed Consent to Publish Form
- Signed Permission Verification Form
The three files above have to be named as follows: First three letters of the file name should be the first three letters of the last name of the first author, the second three letters should be the first letter of the first three words of the title of the paper (see also Instructions for Authors). Long file names (more than 8 characters) will not be accepted.
