Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities are offered at IALCCE 2023. All the Sponsors will benefit from a long lasting recognition and high-level exposure to an audience of researchers and representatives from all sections of civil engineering, including academics, engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, private companies, public authorities and decision makers interested in the latest accomplishments, innovations and potential future directions in life-cycle civil engineering.

By participating at IALCCE 2023, the Sponsors will contribute to the success of the Conference while:

• Obtaining high qualified visibility and exposure
• Promoting their products and services to focused and interested audience
• Enhancing brand awareness in a qualifying and qualified event of international relevance
• Creating new commercial contacts

Corporate exposure is achieved through a wide selection of printing and web advertising, reaching local, national and international delegates. Sponsorship benefits include:

• Acknowledgement in printed material
• Signage and announcements
• Broadcasting on the Conference room screens
• Corporate speeches
• Opportunity to display corporate products in the Exhibition
• Advertisement on the Conference website and link to the corporate website

Multiple sponsoring opportunities are proposed. Sponsorship packages with special benefits are also made available for three sponsorship levels: Gold | Silver | Bronze.

Please note that some of the Sponsorship items, including digital printings, signages, advertising in printed materials, among others, may be not available after June 9th, 2023. After this date, please contact the Symposium Secretariat to check the availability of specific items.

All the Sponsors are allowed to indicate them as Sponsor of IALCCE 2023 on all the corporate promotional material. The use of IALCCE 2023 logo is subject to the organizers approval.

To apply for sponsorship at IALCCE 2023 please complete the Online Sponsorship Application Form.

To complete the sponsorship application process all the applicants are required to review the Sponsorship Policies and agree to all terms, as it is stated in the Online Sponsor Application Form.

The Conference Organizing Secretariat can assist the Sponsors to plan and choose tailored forms of sponsorship opportunities and benefits to get the desired level of involvement and exposure. Proof of payment should be sent to the Symposium Secretariat within 3 days of receiving the invoice. The sponsorship benefits will not be assigned until the total amount of investments and donations is received. Sponsorship investments and donations are not refundable.
